Our most popular blend is ideal for drip coffee. It is a Central & South America blend with a high % of Nicaragua. It is an easy drinking medium roast that is perfect as a daily driver/ Tasting notes are chocolate, roasted cocoa, and citrus.

Our Columbia & Ethiopia blend is our go to for espresso. It is a medium-dark roast, incredibly smooth. Tasting notes are cocoa, brown sugar, and with a touch dried citrus as a garnish.

We recommend our rotating Central & South America single origin. One month you’ll catch Colombia’s crisp black cherry, the next El Salvador’s caramel sweetness, or maybe Nicaragua’s nutty depth. We always roast a perfect medium. Tasting notes are bold chocolate, black cherry, and a caramel finish.
